Who should take the course?
“Early childhood” is referred to the age group before the age of six years. During this period a child goes through the most rapid phase of growth and development. The Early Childhood Education (ECE) course deals with why early education is important and how you can care for, teach and facilitate kids effectively through these development stages.
This course is for preschool teachers, early childhood educators, parents and care givers of children within this age group. In the Brain Development module, we are going to answer key questions like are the first five years really that important? Does 90% of the brain develop from birth to five? Is preschool really necessary? How to raise HAPPY children?

Multiple Intelligence is a theory by Harvard Professor Dr. Howard Gardner, which helps us understand the unique intelligence in each child. Every child is intelligent, we need to understand which is the best method to create a learning plan which leaves no child behind.
In the Montessori Method Module, we will get an overview of the philosophy and teaching style of Dr. Maria Montessori. The Montessori philosophy believes the child’s mind is like a sponge and they are eager to learn provided the right direction and guidance is given.
The Storytelling & Rhymes Modules is an extremely important skill for an early years educator. This module highlights the importance of narrating stories, singing songs and saying rhymes together and how they are great activities for early literacy skills.
In the Teach For Understanding Module, we will learn about engaging 21st Century students to be lifelong learners. We will see how the traditional style of teaching involving only information being passed from teacher to student is not relevant anymore.
In the Measuring Learning Module you will learn the important tenants to follow while assessing a student or learner. The main objective of the education process is to ensure a holistic and all-round development of the child in a desired way and towards a desired direction.
